Summary: "A riveting account of the events on 9/11"

This is one of the best books I have read in a while. This is one of those rare books that you just do not want to put down, and when you are through you wish you could rewind time and start over. The book is very well organized so that you are clear when the events are happening because many different accounts are given within a short time frame. The book does have some profanity, but it is not gratuitous, it is just an attempt to capture the anger, shock, stress, and panic of that day. This book will definitely stand the test of time.

Summary: "The overlooked part of 9/11"

This book hands down is one of the best books I have ever read. I read it all in one weekend and could not put it down. I know what you may be thinking "I already know what happened on 9/11" well you don't. This book reads like a novel and hooks interest immediately. IT IS NOT a book about conspiracies, the terrorists, the world trade center, or the aftermath. It is about what happened in the aviation industry that day. It mostly talks about what happened in United and American airlines that day and what happened with the Federal Aviation Administration and the military. Lynn Spencer is officially amazing and knows how to take all the information she gathered and turn it into a book that is informative, interesting, and fun to read. This book is amazingly written almost as if it were a fiction novel. Read it! You won't regret it.

This book was hard to put down, and gives you a sense of what some of the heroic military and civil service folks on the front lines during 9/11 went through when faced with that unfolding tragedy. Incredibly detailed, I recommend this book to anyone interested in history, aviation, or inspiring stories.

Summary: "Drama of 9/11/01"

I've read almost all of the books connecte with the events surrounding the attack on the world trade center. This is one of the best. It showed how unprepared the US Airforce for an attack on America. The communications between the FAA, USAF, the hijaked airliners is riviting. If you're at all interested in the problems that each of the agencies encountered, this is the book for you.
